2. INFORMATII PRIVIND PROIECTUL Societatea Casa Noastra SRL intentioneaza sa achizitioneze echipamentul “MAGAZIE INTELIGENTA” pentru implementarea proiectului “Extindere capacitate de productie tamplarie din profile de aluminiu de catre Casa Noastra SRL prin construire hala de productie, tamplarie aluminiu, vopsitorie, sistem depozitare profile aluminiu automatizat, copertina metalica si platforme circulatie in comuna Pielesti, judetul Dolj” finantat prin schema de ajutor de stat reglementata prin H.G. nr. 807/2014.
3. PROCEDURA APLICATA Atribuirea contractului de furnizare se va realiza conform procedurii interne a Casa Noastra SRL. Criteriul de atribuire a contractului este oferta cea mai avantajoasă din punct de vedere tehnico-economic, aplicabil tuturor ofertelor care indeplinesc cerintele minime de calificare prevazute in documentatia de ofertare.
4. OBIECTUL CONTRACTULUI Pentru a atinge obiectivele proiectului finantat, vom achizitiona active corporale – magazie inteligenta ce vor asigura toate conditiile pentru desfasurarea activitatii la parametrii optimi si in conditii de eficienta ridicata. Magazia inteligenta pentru depozitare este un echipament complex format din urmatoarele componente: – Zona depozitare paleti cu profile – Unitate principala de manipulare – Unitate secundara de manipulare pentru deservire vopsitorie – Sistem de manipulare in zona de deservire centre debitare-prelucrare – Statie dubla pentru incarcare materiale – Statie alimentare pentru linia de vopsire – Statie de sortare profile Rolul magaziei inteligente este acela de a stoca profilele din aluminiu in locatii stabilite, precum si de a deservi necesarul de profile stabilit pentru cele doua zone de productie: vopsire si debitare-prelucrare . Zona pentru depozitare este compusa din doua turnuri dispuse lateral fata de unitatea principala de manipulare. Unitatea principala de manipulare realizeaza urmatoarele sarcini : incarcare profilele crude in magazie , transferul profilelor catre zona special destinata sortarii de profile pentru vopsire, transferul profilelor catre zona de stocare pentru debitare si prelucrare. Unitatea secundara de manipulare realizeaza manipularea profilelor din zona de stocare catre statia pentru descarcarea profile conectata cu echipamentul pentru vopsire. In zona de sortare se realizeaza trierea profilelor in paleti raportat la comenzile de lucru definite pentru procesul de vopsire.Procesul de sortare consta in manipularea unei statii cu ajutorul careia operatorii realizeaza incarcarea profilelor si plasarea acestora in locatiile destinate. Transferul profilelor din zona de stocare catre centrele pentru debitare-prelucrare este realizata prin intermediul unei navete de transport. Echipamentele mentionate sunt prevazute cu zone de securitate in conformitate cu normele in vigoare.
5. VALOAREA ESTIMATA Valoarea estimata a achizitiei este de: 14.724.792,50 lei (fara TVA) echivalentul a 3.025.000 euro, la cursul BNR valabil in data de 21.12.2020 (1 EURO = 4,8677 RON). Pretul agreat este fix si nu mai poate fi ajustat.
6. DATA DE LIVRARE A ECHIPAMENTULUI In urma atribuirii contractului se va semna un contract de furnizare care va prevedea data de livrare a echipamentului: 6 luni de la comanda ferma.
7. PREZENTAREA OFERTELOR Documentatia ce trebuie avuta in vedere de potentialii ofertanti pentru realizarea ofertei poate fi solicitata prin e-mail la adresa proiect807@casanoastra.ro , sau poate fi ridicata de la sediul solicitantului, respectiv: Sat Pielesti, Comuna Pielesti, Calea Bucuresti nr. 113, judetul Dolj. Ofertele se vor depune intr-un exemplar original, personal, la registratura solicitantului sau se vor transmite prin posta/curier intr-un plic sigilat la sediul solicitantului. Restul comunicarilor dintre potentialii ofertanti si solicitant se vor face in scris, prin email.
8. TERMENUL DE DEPUNERE A OFERTELOR Termenul limita pentru depunerea ofertelor: 06.01.2021, ora 17.00.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROJECT Casa Noastra SRL intends to purchase the “Automated Warehouse” equipment in order to implement the “Expansion of aluminium carpentry production capacity by Casa Noastra SRL by building aluminium carpentry production hall, painting, automated aluminium profile storage system, metal canopy and circulation platforms in Pielesti Commune, Dolj County” project, financed by the State aid scheme regulated by GD no. 807/2014.
3. APPLIED PROCEDURE The assignment of the supply contract shall be performed according to the internal procedure of Casa Noastra SRL. The criterion for assigning the contract is represented by the most advantageous tender from a technical and economic point of view, to be applied to all tenders that meet the minimum qualification requirements provided for in the documentation of the tender.
4. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT To achieve the objectives of the funded project, we will acquire corporeal assets – Automated Warehouse which will ensure all the conditions for the activity to perform at optimal parameters and under high efficiency conditions. Automated Warehouse consists of the following components: – Storing area – Main units for handling – Secondary units for handling which servs painting area – Handling system which servs cutting and processing area – Double station for material loading – Feeding station for painting area – Sorting station for profiles The purpose of the equipment in the project is that to store aluminum profiles in predefined locations, as well as to serve aluminum profiles demand for both production area: painting and cutting and processing. The storing area consists of two storage towers arranged beside main unit of handling. The main unit of handling performs following tasks: loading of raw materials in the warehouse, profiles transfer to the designed sorting area for painting process, transfer profiles to the cutting and processing area. The secondary unit for handling carries out handling of profiles from storing area to the unloading profiles station connected with the painting equipment. In the sorting area is carried out sorting profiles in pallets related with working orders defined for painting process. The sorting process consists of handling a station with which the operators perform loading of profiles and placing them in the intended location. The profiles transfer from the storing area to the cutting and processing area is carried out by a handling system. As regard the equipment referred are foreseen with safety area according with current legislation.
5. ESTIMATED VALUE The estimated value of the acquisition is: 14.724.792,50 lei (without VAT) equivalent to 3.025.000 euro Euro, at BNR exchange rate available on December 21th, 2020 (1 EUR = 4,8677 RON.) The agreed price is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
6. EQUIPMENT DELIVERY DATE After the assignment of the contract, a supply contract shall be signed, which shall stipulate de equipment delivery date: 6 months from the firm order.
7. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS The documentation considered by the prospective bidders in the performance of the tender may be required via email at the address proiect807@casanoastra.ro, or picked up from the applicant’s headquarters, respectively: Pielesti Village, Pielesti Commune, 113 Bucuresti Street, Dolj County. Tenders shall be submitted in original copy, personally, at the applicant’s registry or shall be sent via post/courier in a sealed envelope to the applicant’s headquarters. The rest of the communication between prospective bidders and the applicant shall be made in writing, via email.
8. DEDLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDERS The deadline for submission of tenders: January 06th, 2021, 17.00.
